Description: Arizona State PIRC’s Parent Academy for Student Success (PASS), is a 7-week parent leadership program that provides a framework to assist families in understanding basic school roles, functions, and structure. Designed to provide families with the information and tools needed to effectively navigate the school system PASS curriculum topics cover:


• Structure and Function of the School/District
• Understanding Academic Standards, Terminology, and School Report Cards
• Effective Communication
• Understanding Federal Programs for Your Child’s Success
• Responsible Leadership
• Family Rights and Responsibilities
